Welcome to the lodge - holiday cottages in felsted
This beautifully converted cottage is one of two which were originally part of a former Victorian cattle yard, it is equipped to the highest standards, yet has kept its old world charm with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings.

The Lodge is located at Oxneys Farm in the peaceful hamlet of Bannister Green which is part of the village of Felsted, on the family owned arable farm.
The cottage provides a secluded and tranquil retreat set back from the village green down a private drive yet within a short walk of the Three Horse Shoes public house set on the green.
We are a mile and a half from the centre of the village of Felsted with its famous school founded in 1564 by Richard Lord Rich, Queen Elizabeth I Lord Chancellor who lived at nearby Leez Priory.
Felsted has several restaurants, public houses and shops.
The Lodge is conveniently situated for access to Suffolk, Cambridgeshire or London either by car or train from Chelmsford, and is 12 miles from Stansted Airport.
